MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Complete Adult Service is to assist individuals and families in the enhancement of their emotional, mental, and physical well-being by providing adult day care services.

The environment of care for our adult day services program is designed to maximize the functional levels of the participants. We encourage relationships and create a culture that supports, involves, and validates the participant.

The environmental design considers the impairments and a limitation of the persons served, promotes improvement and maintenance of their physical and mental health, supports their sense of control and self-determination, and provides them with a safe environment.

We recognize our responsibilities to serve those who have limited options for meeting their needs. We plan with our communities, to develop innovative programs to respond rapidly to needs, and as appropriate, help influence community priorities to ensure that individual and community service gaps are addressed. In implementing our mission, we follow six principles:
